At TradeShield Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to make it right.
No Physical Returns Required
We do not require you to ship any item back to us. All issues are resolved remotely — simply contact us by email and we'll take care of it.
Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@tradeshieldpro.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours.
Resolution
Depending on the situation we will offer:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement sent to you
Non-Eligible Requests
We do not process refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide)
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
